About these terms
These are the terms under which you use the Cardz China website. The terms under which we contract on a manufacturing programme are separate — they go out with the quotation for that specific programme, are itemised in your Incoterm, and form the contract for that engagement.
Use of the website
You may use this website to learn about Cardzgroup, browse our product capabilities and brief us on a project. You may not scrape, redistribute, or use the content commercially without our written permission.
The Cardzgroup family
Cardz China is one of several entities in the Cardzgroup family. References on this site to Cardzgroup, Cardz Hong Kong, Cardz Africa or Cardzgroup UK / Pakistan describe distinct legal entities that partner with each other on shared programmes. A contract you sign with Cardz China is a contract with Cardz China, not with the wider family.
Production contracts
Production work is governed by the line-item quotation we send for that specific programme. Standard quotation terms ship Delivery Duty Unpaid; alternative Incoterms are quoted on request. Quality, lead time, inspection regime, sample-courier and audit options are itemised on the quotation. Acceptance of the quotation forms the contract for that engagement.
Intellectual property
Customer-supplied artwork, technical specifications, encoding keys and brand assets remain the customer's intellectual property. We use them solely for the manufacturing programme you brief us on. We do not reuse them outside that programme.
Liability
Liability under any production contract is limited to and governed by the terms of that contract. The website itself is provided as-is.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the law of the People's Republic of China. Production contracts state their own governing law (typically PRC, HKSAR or English law depending on the customer's preference).
