Below is the full Cardz China capability sheet — the substrates, finishes, platforms, inlays, encoding bureaux, EMV programmes and quality regimes the Cardzgroup partner factories handle as standard. If a project sits outside this sheet, brief us anyway: we will tell you whether one of the partner factories already has a tooling set for it.

    PVC card body

    Substrate options: PVC, PET, ABS. Body thickness from 300μm through 810μm. Standard CR80 (85.6 × 54 mm), CR79, CR50 and custom die-cut formats. Hot-stamp, embossing, signature panel, scratch panel and lamination options.

    Print and finish

    Four-colour offset (CMYK), unlimited Pantone colours, metallic inks, holographic foil, glossy and matte varnish, embossed and recessed surfaces. Bilingual artwork proofing handled in-house.

    Magnetic stripe encoding

    HiCo (4000 Oe) and LoCo (300 Oe) magnetic stripes laminated, with full ISO/IEC 7811 encoding service. Tracks 1 / 2 / 3 supported. Verification on every card before pack.

    Quality control

    100% inspection at every stage of every order — not by sample. Full-time Cardzgroup staff stationed at each of four partner factories. SGS inspection can be arranged from our Shenzhen office at customer request. Test reports included with shipment.

Standards we work to

Compliant by build, not by certificate.

Cardz China partner factories are ISO-accredited. Our cards are built to the standards customers actually need to ship into their markets — Visa and MasterCard recognition for EMV bodies, ISO/IEC 14443A and 7816-4 for contactless and contact respectively, ISO/IEC 7811 for magstripe encoding. Where a customer programme requires SGS verification, we arrange it from our Shenzhen office.

Standard quotation terms ship Delivery Duty Unpaid; alternative Incoterms are available on request and quoted in your currency. FedEx accounts handle sample and proof courier. Air and sea consolidation runs through our Hong Kong hub.

Tracking notifications are emailed for both air and sea shipments — every leg. Full export documentation packs go with the goods.
